We have raised Jacob Sheep for 13 years. Jacobs and Herdwicks are hardy breeds that are perfectly suited for the northwest climate. They thrive on natural pastures, are good foragers, and need little supplemental feeding.
Our sheep are pasture fed and take up to a year to mature. Unlike commercial sheep, they are slow to grow but the meat is more flavorful.
